Terms and Conditions of Sale

Purpose
These terms govern the services provided by Easy Group and its entities: development and communication consulting (Easy Development), visa assistance (Easy Travel), supplier payments, sourcing and logistics (Easy Market). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Each service is subject to a written quote, free and without obligation, specifying scope, price and timelines. Third-party costs (consular fees, shipping costs, customs duties, bank commissions) are separate from service fees and itemized separately.
Payment
Unless otherwise stated in the quote, a 50% deposit is due at order, the balance upon delivery of the service. Accepted payments: cash, Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo), bank transfer.
Obligations and limitation of liability
Easy Group is bound by an obligation of means. For visas, the final decision rests exclusively with consular authorities: fees cover file preparation and follow-up, not visa approval. For imports, shipping times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers and customs.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Douala (Cameroon) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
